Wear comfortable everyday clothing that allows you to move freely. For footwear, we highly recommend shoes with smooth or leather soles that allow you to slide and turn easily on a wooden floor. Try to avoid heavy rubber-soled trainers or running shoes, as they grip the floor too tightly and can strain your knees.
